Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

We only accept claims in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Incorrect product received
• Missing item(s) in the order


Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The video must:

• Be continuous (without cuts)
• Clearly show the parcel label
• Clearly show the product condition

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Complaint Timeframe

Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.


How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us on our official WhatsApp / contact number

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide issue details

  4. Send the unboxing video


Verification Process

Once your complaint is received:

• Our team will review and verify the claim
• After verification, an exchange or refund solution will be provided accordingly


Important Notes

• Products that are used or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange
• Claims without proper evidence will not be accepted
• The company reserves the right to approve or reject a claim after verification


Out of Stock Refund Policy

If a product you paid for is later found to be out of stock:

• A monetary refund will be processed
• Our support team will contact you to collect your bank details
• The refund will be issued within 48 hours after confirmation


Special Note

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel, especially in case of missing item claims.
