What payment methods do you offer?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Additional payment methods may be available during checkout.


What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 for all orders across Pakistan.


When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days after order confirmation.


How can I track my order?

Our team will provide you with the tracking details so you can easily track your order.


What are your social media / customer support timings?

Our office and customer support timings are:

During these hours, our team is available to assist you with any queries.

What if my order is damaged or something is missing?

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

For other valid reasons (such as receiving the wrong item), our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.


Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Missing items
• Leaking product
• Wrong item

⚠️ Exchange due to change of mind is not accepted.


What happens if my return request is not approved?

If your return request is not approved, our team will inform you clearly about the reason.


How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after your request is approved.

You may receive the refund in:

• Your bank account, or
Store credit, depending on your preference.

Yes, All of our products are 100% original.
